I'm getting ready for my mission!
Wow! I can't believe I'm going away for 18 months! The feeling is surreal. I've been feeling so many emotions; anxiety, nervousness, excitement, unexplainable happiness.
I'm scared to leave and be far from home, but I know I can do this because the Lord will be with me. I have seen the Savior, Jesus Christ, always looking out for me. Once again, tonight as I have been set apart, I could feel his presence. I could feel him ready to catch me when I fall like he always does! I love him so much and I love this gospel. I will say this often: Jesus is my best friend!
